About the Carers
Safehands Creche staff are fully screened and registered through our stringent Human Resource process. Safehands employ a team of dedicated childcare regional managers, HR and training managers, quality assurance managers, customer service advisers, care coordinators and family support workers to give you the customer service that exceeds all your expectations.

For over 13 years, Safehands have set the standard in regulating babysitting across the UK. We take pride in our recruitment and can reassure our customers that all are recruited to the same standard. All Safehands Carers are:

CRB enhanced clearance or OFSTED registration Certificate

Relevant Childcare experience (child minder, nanny, parent)

Telephone Interview screening, covering Health & Safety, Childcare Experience, Safeguarding

Comprehensive Application documentation

Two references checked

Uniformed and wearing the appropriate Safehands Identification Badge

Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
Finally, as a registered umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau, Safehands are able to undertake CRB checks on behalf of others who are not registered. All Safehands employees are required to have an Enhanced CRB disclosure certificate.
