1. Parents/carers will not be able to leave their children with carers prior to the agreed starting time of the carers, and must collect their children at the agreed finishing time.
2. Safehands Network Ltd understands that there may be occasions when parents/carers may be late collecting their children, and will allow a 10 minute additional waiting time after the agreed finishing time.
3. Any service provided over the 10 minute waiting period will be charged at the agreed hourly rate & per carer.
4. Parents or the person commissioning the crèche service will remain responsible for the provision of drinks/snacks for the children as required during the creche service provided.
(Safehands carers will need to be informed accordingly).
5. Parents are responsible for providing personal care items for their children, such as nappies/wipes and need to discuss their child's individual care needs with the Safehands carers.
6. Safehands carers will not administer medication for the children in their care. If children require medication during the creche, parents must maintain responsibility for the administration of medication.
7. The named person commissioning the crèche service will be invoiced as per agreement.
8. 50% Deposit to be paid on receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance to paid 3 weeks prior to event. Any payments not received by the date of the crèche will be subject to a 5% charge
per week till payment is received. Safehands Network reserves the right to withdraw the creche provision is payment is not received 2 weeks prior to the start date.
9. A non refundable cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount will apply if a cancellation is made at any time.
10. All carers attending the creche will be CRB cleared.
11. A full venue suitability assessment will be carried out on the space provided before the creche begin and the space will be made safe for the children. The safety precautions
taken will be repeted on the subsequent dates. It is the client's responsibility to provide a suitable venue for the creche, guidelines are available on request. If the venue is deemed
to be unsuitable the creche supervisors will advise why the venue is unsuitable and alternative venue will be requested. If no alternative venue is available the creche will not go ahead.
If the creche is cancelled because the venue is unsuitable the full balance will be due.
12. Safehands Network is insured for:
i. Employer Liability - £10 million
ii. Public Liability - £5 million
iii. Malpractice - £2 million
iv. Products - £5 million
