Listening to and understanding your exact requirements
Fully informing you of the services that we can offer to tailor to meet your needs and provide you with an understanding of the childcare and legal requirements (if applicable) required for your creche.
Following your initial enquiry and taking all of your requirements into consideration, we will provide you with a complete and comprehensive proposal within an agreed time-frame.
Step 2
We allocate you a designated crèche supervisor
Your creche supervisor undertakes a detailed venue suitability assessment of your chosen venue, to ensure the children are in a safe environment.
The Safehands central creche team will develop a bespoke equipment and activity plan, tailored to the age group and needs of the children attending your creche. Any additional requirements that have been requested will also be included in the plan.
Making sure everything is covered and every child's requirement has been taken into consideration, your creche team is then hand-picked from the Safehands network of childcare professionals.
Step 3
The creche team will arrive at the designated venue and create the creche environment, setting the scene and un-packaging the equipment and activities.
Your creche team is briefed by the creche supervisor and a final safety check is undertaken.
The creche team is also briefed to pay special attention to the arrival of the children, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to a fun and activity filled, safe environment.
The children arrive at the crèche, and your event begins. Now you can relax and be rest assured that your Safehands Creche is providing the very best possible care to the younger guests.
